Perak Duck Food Industries is TCH's subsidiary which mainly focus on Food. Perak Duck Food Industries was set up to process cultivated ducks for both local and export market.
With passion and determination, Perak Duck Food Industries has become the leading company in Malaysia's duck industry. Since its establishment, the company has committed in delivering high quality, fresh and hygiene duck products. The production plant is adhering strictly to international quality assurance standard ISO 9002 and the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system implementation. In line with the quality control system, an in-house laboratory has been set-up to conduct relevant microbiological tests to monitor the possibility of contamination that might occur naturally or during the food process. In addition, we have the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) to constantly monitor the progress of the plant to ensure the production meets the required standards set by the authority.
At Perak Duck Food Industries, we know the important of our staffs towards the success of the company to produce quality products for our customers. All our staffs have to undergo the intensive training programs to create their awareness and skills for food hygiene and safety to correlate the company's quality assurance of producing high quality and safe duck food.
The operation in the plant is using automated and state-of-the-art equipment. Furthermore, the hygiene and sanitation of the plant are accepted and recognized by the authorities. The slaughtering and processing of ducks are done according to Muslim’s rite. All our products are certified “HALAL” by Islamic Development Department of Malaysia.
Our products range from whole duck to cut-up bone/boneless meat. They are all cut and packed in different standard sizes. However, we do cut according to our customer's request.
